Well, I watched the conclusion last night, and despite the final languid ten minutes, and an overall plotline that left much to be taken with a pinch of salt, I thought it was a solid piece of adult television drama, with strong performances from the cast - especially Ken Stott - and solid production values courtesy of some decent cash from BBC Northern Ireland.
I just hope Them Upstairs see that there is a market for this form of drama and commission not just a fourth instalment, but also more original contemporary drama, instead of the usual reality dross or makeover show.
