It doesn't say why he was pulled over - probably a couple of coppers thinking, "look there's Rooney, driving some poncy car - let's nick him." Still, the law's the law: not sure what the punishment is, but I doubt he'll get the full whack.
How many 18 year old's, though, do you know drive around in a BMW?
On a similar note, if Keene assaulted the 16 year-old for "trespassing", fair enough, it's private property and he shouldn't have been there, but the problem is, the player is a violent lout with too much and not much sense, so you don't really know what happened... still, if guility, he'll probably just receive a paltry fine.
