... we lost, but watching the mighty All Blacks is still a humbling experience: when you have a rugby team where the wingers are bigger than your second row, then you can't compete.
Of course, you could say we missed a few key players due to injury, but when you're playing against Tana Umaga, Jerry Collins, the unrelenting points machine Dan Carter, amongst the eleven-strong side that played as a whole, you're just thankful they left Richie McCaw on the bench - fingers crossed he comes on to play against England! :)
Overall, we played okay - but New Zealand were just unstoppable and I think (well, fairly certain) we know who'll win the 2007 World Cup.
Nevertheless, I still had a few pints on Saturday. *big grin*
