eBay Store

I've thought about it for awhile, but I took the plunge and actually decided to sell some books on eBay, so click here for maestegbooks - none of the Pendragon titles are on there, just old paperbacks that have been lying on my shelves, gathering dust. I've read them, but not going to re-read them, so may has well try and get some cash, eh?

At the moment, there's a couple by Terry Pratchett, plus James Herbert, Robert Harris and Christopher Fowler.

Take a look... more will be added in due course. :)

Chris,

As a veteran Ebayer, both buyer and seller, your price for postage seems pretty low. Have you worked it out correctly? Don't forget you'll have the expense of packaging too, take a look at what others are charging.

Probably, Bob... but it's sort of a plan.

A cunning plan, Baldrick?

Bob, I mentioned the same on Live Journal - don't shoot yourself in the foot with the postage, as there are other costs to worry about.

eBay will charge you at least 15p for your item. When it goes through, eBay will charge you probably 10% or so, as will Paypal. Assuming you put up an item for 50p, you're going to lose 25p. If that was going to supplement the postage, you'll need to start training some carrier pigeons!

I love eBay and the bedroom carpet fund grows all the time, but there are a lot of charges that you have to take account of!
