"Character building"?

Of course it is. *rolls eyes*

The sooner we implement licences for prospective parents the better...

Even the two year-old toddler knew what he was doing was wrong - which proves he had more intelligence than the four adults combined; I wonder if these four women will, in twenty years time, consider it "character building" if the boy turns into a wife-beating shit-head?

Don't be under the impression me and my sister didn't fight when we were young - I can remember play-fighting with her, but in no way were we toddlers, and our family most definitely didn't goad us on.

Unbelieveable.

It's bloody disgusting - I thought that, when I heard it on the news last night.

I remember 'play-fighting' with my sister when we were kids and also getting into one or two 'real scraps' - including one memorable occasion when she stood on my finger, which to this day has a weird lump on it.

But at no point did Mum & Dad condone this and if they happened to come into the room when we were fighting, it would be broken up immediately.

Character building my arse - the initial instinct, after reading about the little boy trying to get away, was to suggest these stupid women are locked in a cage with very large, very angry women and they're all left alone for ten minutes.

It's the kind of news report that leaves a sick feeling in your belly. I'm with Mark, stick those women in a cage with some angry women, and toss in a few pointy sticks for good measure.

"I didn't see any harm in toughening them up. I done the same with my own children."

And that makes it okay, does it?

I am, for once, speechless.
