Or the lack of both. :(
The last month I've been wrapping and despatching books like a hot-arse fly - mainly Gary McMahon's Rough Cut - and despite an apparent sense of organisational ability, I've still discovered a couple of Amazon orders un-posted, tucked away after being freshly printed. D'oh!
And, to cap it all, my procastination is leaving Choices far far too late (though I'm pretty confident it'll make it's publication in December) and I've got my tax return to file online... which means, now, I'm coming down with a raspy and phelgmy throat and sniffle, which is probably due to a severe lack of asleep the last couple of weeks (too much shit running around inside my head...)
Okay, so I may have more sleep than the parent of a young child, but in a way these books are my kids. Oh God, that phrase belongs in "Pseud's Corner".
Anyway, to paraphrase: burning the candle at both ends isn't good for your health, therefore is there a kindly philanthropist reading this, and willing to give me £10,000 so that I could do this publishing thing full-time for a year at least...
No? Bollocks.
Well, I'll have to soldier on then and console myself with a few beers tonight - then I'll hit the cold & flu remedies tomorrow.
Gotta get my priorities right. :)

I'd love to help, but things aren't looking too good at the moment....
Thanks mate, but we all warned you... think with your head, not with your balls next time. ;-)
"wrapping and despatching books like a hot-arse fly"
Uh, Chris, got a mental (bonkers!) image of 6-legged Teaguefly - the mutant cousin of Brundlefly..? (Oh, never mind...)
